Our desires have a way of squeezing discipline out of our lives. But rather than just buckling down and working to be more self-disciplined, maybe we need more of the Lord’s discipline in our lives. God’s discipline reveals a love that is stronger than death. So let’s be open to correction, endure suffering, and learn his way.
