Hi! After some time away, I’m back as rambly as ever.

I've been stuck in a bit of a perfectionist loop and procrastinating picking this up again, so this episode is less of a grand return and more of a chill check-in.

As I'm almost half-way through my 20s, I've realised I have grown and learnt so much in the last year, and the last few months alone.

So here is a reflection on where I’ve been and some loose thoughts on where this podcast might go next.
