This podcast is a “ no bars held” platform to speak candidly and unapologetically about the things that have held us back. Trauma, not just religious, impacts all of us in so many different ways, often leaving us like birds locked in cages. My aim is to unpack these issues on a safe non-judgemental platform that gives permission for every caged bird to fly again. 
You don't have to be imprisoned by what happened to you. You were designed to not only fly, but to soar!
