According to the Chinese Farmer's Almanac, spring begins this coming Wednesday, February 3rd. It's easily one of the most important periods of the year, especially when it comes to preparing your body for seasonal changes. In today's Feast, we’ve prepared a dish full of stimulating spices to wake up your body!
Today’s menu: In our first course, a look at why we eat spring onions during 立春, the start of spring, on Feb. 3 this year! In our second course Andrew heads into the Feast Meets West test kitchen to create a stimulating seasonal dish to wake up our bodies. And in our third and final course, we’ll be sampling that food in the studio. We’ll also tell you why you might not want to eat TOO much of this dish!
