Men’s mental health is in crisis.
Globally men take their own lives at twice the rate of females.
The old scripts of masculinity are being ripped up, yet new scripts have yet to emerge.
In this transition period men are hurting.
It is my firm belief that men need to evolve with the forgotten resilience wisdom of Stoic Philosophy and to embark upon a Spiritual Journey where they can explore a whole new world to be inspired and courageous in.
