Greeting fellow humans, today I have Stoic superhero Anderson Silver on the podcast to talk Stoicism in the modern era. Anderson is an Author and Podcaster who's mission it is to spread the good word that helped him escape a life of purposelessness and anxiety to one  with tranquility and mental peace.

I enjoyed our conversation and am looking forward to sharing it with you to hopefully inspire some clarity for life. Practicing Stoicism doesn’t require learning an entirely new philosophical lexicon or meditating for hours a day. Instead, it offers an immediate, useful and practical way to find tranquility and improve one’s strengths of character.
