Dora, a 10-month-old cavoodle puppy, has been found safe and well after being stolen from outside the Como Centre in South Yarra on Monday afternoon. Police located the puppy 30 kilometres away in Noble Park and arrested a 19-year-old woman at an address on Barnett Grove, while continuing to search for two other suspects. The puppy was allegedly untied and taken by three females while her owner was shopping inside, sparking widespread community outrage before her safe return.
