What are Cognitive Distortions?
"One theory suggests that human beings might have developed cognitive distortions as a kind of survival method."

Cognitive Distortions are at the root of all our ANTs, so this week I will be spending time helping you to identify the 10 most common thought (cognitive) distortions. Near the end of the episode, I briefly share some thought management tools that you can start practicing right away!
