The new #StompTheStigma podcast title represents an LTIO rebrand. Alec Lifschultz III (@TreyBizzy) has grown the "Let's Talk It Out" podcast into a platform. The very first guest on the rebranded show is A Program Coordinator for the City of Chicago and future Family Therapist Angela Betts. The conversation started with the two discussing what it's like to work at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Angela also shared her methods for coping with Anxiety during this time of uncertainty. Lastly she spoke passionately about the school system in Chicago and how black people are dismissed frequently in health care situations.
