The new #StompTheStigma podcast title represents an LTIO rebrand. Alec Lifschultz III (@TreyBizzy) has grown the "Let's Talk It Out" podcast into a platform.

 

This week Alec welcomes Lindsey Hutchins to the platform. Lindsey is a Special Events Manager for a number of music festivals and events. Coordinating these events can be very stressful, so Lindsey shares how she practices self-care. She shared how her life was impacted while working an event on the night of October 1st, 2017 in Las Vegas. The trauma from that experience can have lasting effects on your life, but Lindsey bravely faced the trauma head on.
