The new #StompTheStigma podcast title represents an LTIO rebrand. Alec Lifschultz III (@TreyBizzy) has grown the "Let's Talk It Out" podcast into a platform.

Owner and clinical director of Transcend Therapy Cecille Ahrens joined the platform for an interview with Alec. Cecille is equipped with over 20 years of experience in psychotherapy services. She elaborated on what "EMDR Therapy" is and how it helps treat clients that deal with trauma.
