Empathy, compassion and love seem to have gone the way of the proverbial dodo in the generation in which we live. Life appears to have become all about pleasing ourselves over caring how much we hurt others in the process. Jesus modeled something completely different, and if we would be followers of Christ, then it's incumbent on us to follow Him! I know that seems remarkably obvious, but it turns out that it's much harder in the doing than in the saying. Jesus and many others who've gone before us were "Stone Catchers."
