This week, Pastor Jon wraps up our sermon series "Two Words that Change Everything" by reflecting on Jesus' statement: "I am the way and the truth and the life." In those moments where we feel lost, or as though we have lost our way, the "I am" statements bring us back to the path Jesus has laid out for us. Join us in worship as we reflect on Jesus as "the way!"

Continuing our "Two Words that Change Everything" sermon series, Pastor Jon explores Jesus' statement "I am the Bread of Life." When Jesus calls himself "the Bread of Life," he gives us reason to trust in God's provision and to live generous lives. Join us in online worship as we explore the significance of bread!

Jesus tells us, "I am the Good Shepherd." As the Good Shepherd, Jesus' sheep are supposed to know his voice. With so many voices seeking our attention today, how do we know which is Jesus'? Pastor Jon will help us look at the two "I am" statements in John 10 so we can understand when it's Jesus' voice guiding us and when "robbers and thieves" are trying to lead us astray.

Jesus proclaimed, "I am the Light of the World!" But what do we do when the darkness doesn't receive the light? Join us in on-line worship this week, as Pastor Jon looks at John 8:12-20. Jesus' proclamation, and how it was received, can guide us, the church, as we help others receive Jesus as the Light of the World.

In the Gospel of John, Jesus introduces himself to the world through a variety of metaphors that begin with two words - I am. "I am the true vine... the bread of life... the light of the world...", etc. In his own words, Jesus illuminated his character and truest identity. This week's worship continues our six week series called, Two Words That Change Everything - I Am.

Isaiah described a mysterious figure who would suffer for the sake of God's people. When the early Christians reflected on what Jesus did on the cross, they realized that Jesus was whom Isaiah described. They also realized that suffering was central to the Messiah's mission. What does this mean for us?

Before Isaiah 9 described Jesus, it likely described a king named Hezekiah. How did these words become attached to the hope for a Messiah? How can Hezekiah's story help us see what God is doing in our lives now?

In the Gospel of Luke, Jesus quotes Isaiah 61 to define the mission God gave him. According to Isaiah, why did God send a Messiah? How can Isaiah help us see the work God is already doing in the world? And, how can Isaiah deepen our hope for what God will do in the future?
