In this episode Eliot chats to Sam Weir and American climber now living in Chamonix, France. Sam is a dark horse of the bouldering world, you've probably never heard of him but he has climbed multiple 8C+/V16 boulders. Eliot and Sam chat about his process and approach while projecting as well as his approach to training. This month deep in the heart of Sheffield, Eliot sits down with none other than Jerry Moffatt. Jerry was the best in the world back in the 80s climbing hard routes, boulders and winning many competitions throughout his career. Eliot sits down with long time friends Ash Wolsey-Heard and Simon Rawlinson, for an episode a little different to normal but one full of useful insight into creating life long climbers. Si was the coach to Ash and a large group of others in South Wales including Roz from Episode 3 who have all gone on to have success in climbing and continue to work in one way or another in the climbing world so many years later.
