STONY BROOK, N.Y. — Stony Brook Athletics and the Stony Brook Alumni Association invite you to participate in a 5K for a good cause.
The Seawolves United Virtual 5K run will begin on July 2 and continue throughout the Fourth of July weekend.
What's a virtual race?
It's one that can be run or walked wherever you are — whether on a track, your neighborhood, a park or on a treadmill. You record your time and submit it online.
The virtual 5K replaces the 2020 Touchdown Club and Seawolves United Golf Classics that were scheduled for July 27.
