Someone could argue that brakes are simply a hindrance because they’re slowing the driver from reaching a destination. While that’s partially true, there is a greater chance that the driver will never reach their destination without those brakes! This concept also applies to us spiritually. If God is telling us to stop and wait, we need to apply the spiritual brakes and wait for His perfect timing!
