I have been wanting to publish this episode for some time now . I wrote down all the things I wanted to say, but figured it would be more genuine and resonate more if I just spoke from the heart. We all can recall an experience where we were left hurt questioning if we are good enough and what we may have done wrong. I believe what we do wrong is compromising. The minute you decide to settle for that job , relationship or what ever the decision may entail, you are choosing to take a chance and most times that chance results in disappointments , heartbreak or both because it originated with hesitation ,uncertainties and fear. Lets be honest no one can do to us what we have not done to ourselves first or what we allow . So as much as you want to place blame on how that person makes you feel or made you feel. It all starts with you . It starts with me . Know who you are know what your worth and align your selves with only those that respect you and understand your value. . Simple !!!
