A scene that happens too far in the challenged neighborhoods is the kid who graduates from high school or college is not celebrated by the community. The person who goes to jail and comes is thrown a massive party to welcome them back home, usually for a brief time before they go right back. That is clearly a celebration of ignorance that's embraced far too often in our communities. But why?
