In her book, Practice Makes Imperfect, and her podcast, Meredith dives into all things self-love. She shares her personal journey with becoming her most genuine and best self and gives tips and tricks to help you learn to do the same. Meredith and I chat about conquering a fear of failure, finding your own crowd and discovering your personal identity.

I recommend a TV show this week, Netflix’s The Umbrella Academy. It’s a comic adaptation that takes a serious approach to a dysfunctional family of super humans, oh and the apocalypse is looming too.
