Some people really like to complain about almost everything. I've gotten to the point in my life where, when I hear someone complaining about the same things over and over again, I can't help but to think that they're just doing it to themselves. At some point, you have to realize that your life (and everything that happens throughout it) is in your control and no one else's. Today's episode is a little deep dive on how to improve the quality of your life by focusing on only what you're doing. Stop comparing yourself to other people and other things, stop worrying about things that are out of your control, and start romanticizing the smaller things in life; especially when you're feeling down.
