Sometimes we don't guard our hearts enough. The repercussions of that can be intense. In my case, self doubt and insecurities begin to arise and It gets harder to focus on achieving my goals. Those negative things become nothing but a burden to me, and eventually it leads to my creativity and my LIGHT & LOVE to be dimmed. I forget who I am. I forget what I was made for. My importance and impact.

And all of that just because I didn't guard my heart (Proverbs 4:23)
