Becoming overweight, obese, unhealthy, ect, are all outcomes to losing our way as human beings. A thousand years ago we didn't have genetically mutated fruits & veggies, we didn't have processed foods that have a longer shelf life than we do (twinkies). We didn't have sugar drinks that guided us away from water. As we evolved as humans we also love to evolve everything around us so life can be just a little more "easy".
One thing that will always and forever remain the same is finding yourself within your fitness journey. No matter how many decades pass by the human body needs certain things: water, movement, food, and sleep. When all these things are aligned in the proper way that they should, we will break disease, illness, inflammation, ect. All we need to do is realign ourselves back to who we are.
