I see that the age we live in we feel we need to always be on and always responding or engaging with notifications and our phones but that’s not the case , we weren’t meant to be this flooded with info as often as we are but we also aren’t meant to always be responding / reactive to others. Today I am going on the defense for those of us who enjoy that beautiful Do Not Disturb feature!
