There is a whole lot of "I want this I want that" but not enough "I worked my ass off this week, I can not wait to crush tomorrow". Why do we tend to wish we could lose 10lbs but dred the process. Why do we dream to have that one social media models body but aren't willing to do that hard work? There is a lot of dreams out there but only a few ever get achieved, why is this? 

 

The reason is why I started the podcast in the first place, "to inspire people to BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES". Take your goal and break it up into a few small little goals. I call this "goal dissection". Take your 50lbs loss goal and turn it into eating clean for 4 weeks and aiming for 10lbs down 1st. Once you dominate that then set another than anther, and keep doing it until you have dominated your goals.
