Compliance 

And enforcers of the guidelines and law 

They lost because they fought. 

They should've learned the system and made it work for them. 

If you're encountering struggle and challenge in getting things done, learn the system first. 

Then, approach it the best way you can tactically. 

There are reasons there are rules. 

If you understand the rules, you know how to play the game. 

Choose to ignore them and the game will game you.
