I'm so excited that this podcast is finally out!

This episode, completely unscripted, talks about how I have performance anxiety AND I know I'm not the only one.

I wish I could be writing in the past tense but I still struggle with focusing too much on the outcome, and not enough on the process. I'm not perfect, I still focus on the end results and do certain actions for the sole purpose of getting closer to my goal. This is something that I'm working on and I open up about what I do to ensure that I am providing value, enjoying the process, and being selfless -- not selfish.
