One of my personal frustrations in working with business owners trying to make their businesses more efficient by implementing systems and processes really is their mindset. Getting them to make a commitment to themselves that they're not going to vent about something within their business without first committing to finding a solution is tough, but well worth it. Because "getting it off your chest" is only temporary...working to find a solution is what produces real change for the better.
