Have you found yourself hardly catching up with life to take a deep breathe?  We have become so busy that we forget to breath. How is that we have forgotten to  slow down.  We can all slow down and yes, it will take some training to do,but it can be done.   I finally finished a book  and was scared of what it might reveal about  my own life.  The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry by John Mark Comer.  Trust me I wasn't in a hurry to read it.  Very easy to read book and eye opener too. 

I am working on slowing down and listening to that inner voice of God. 
These our my thoughts of how my faith and even if you don't believe in God
I won't judge you .  Although.... technology makes me think and judge and I know that is not why I am on earth to judge.  I am working on that too.
