In this week's 6th episode, I spend some time exploring the concept of mind drama and how to reduce how much time, energy and personal agency we give to it without even realising it! Mind drama are all those loose and vague sentences that we have sometimes in our head like "I will never get there!" or "I am just not good at this!", that we keep repeating to ourselves and that make us feel so disempowered and awful that we go into a downward spiral in other areas of our life! I have been there this week (and before) and I am sharing with you my personal learnings and tools that have helped me and my clients stop letting mind drama take over my life!
