There's a lot of doom and gloomers.

 There's a lot of media telling us that the whole world is falling apart. 

There's people talking about recessions now.

You need to stop listening to them and run your own race.

 Now there's an old saying about the rich getting richer. 

Now, this is something that happens because people are clever and they take opportunities when opportunities arise.

Be that clever person. 

The interest rates are up, inflation's up, more people are leasing, less people are owner occupying, but the investors are buying.
