Everyone has opinions of us, some good, some bad.  People love to offer their opinions when it comes to our lives.  They love to talk about what they would do in certain situations if they were us, how they would react, what they would say, how they would handle something, how we should act, etc.  

They offer their opinions, but that's just it, it's their opinion.  Only we know our truth.    We know the truth about who we are, our abilities, the truths about our situations, our home life, our work life, our finances, whatever it is.  We are the only ones who get to walk in our shoes every day, experience what we experience and live our lives.    I

It's ok to listen to, ponder over, discuss, take heed to someone else's opinion, but always remember that their opinion doesn't have to be your truth.  You don't have to agree with how they feel about you, what they think about you, or what they think they know about you.  Their opinion is not your truth!
