You wouldn't believe how many people I talk to on a weekly basis who were granted brokerage authority WITHOUT experience then asks "Craig, how do I set up my brokerage to be successful" I always respond with, "Well, first off, you put the cart in front of the horse, so I hope you have a job or savings.."
