Stop doing shit that only pleases other people. 

There's a movement out there that preaches being selfless, but if you're not filling your own cup, you'll be empty before you even start. 

Stop living your life for everyone else. 

I'm not saying don't give to charity, or be generous and help people, but you can't simply please everyone. 

There has to be a mutually beneficial relationship in place. 

It has to benefit everyone. 

Look for ways to find pleasure in pleasing other people. 

Many people get taken advantage of because they've allowed people to use them up. 

You'll have a miserable existence. 

Live YOUR life. 

Do for you. 

Serve yourself first and then serve others. 

At some point, you've got to get pleasure and feel good about the things you're doing.
