Folk hurt you baby but now you have to pull up your boot straps and seek Jesus!!! God wants to use us for his purpose but he can't use us if we won't focus on him. We may have wounds and scars but that creates the time line of our testimony that allows us to be able to remain humble as Jesus raises us up to see the salvation of God through him. Our scars are the evidence that God is who he says he is so others can see the Power of God working in our lives. Jesus came back so doubting Thomas can see his scars as proof that he died and rose and is the messiah but Jesus said those that haven't seen and yet believed are blessed.

John 20:29 Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”

but God knew that folks will still need to see the evidence of the manifestation of Christ in your life and so as to show folks suffering they're not alone in this world. God will give us Pastor's, teachers, leaders after our own hearts that means folks that have suffered an can sympathize with you because they understand your plight. Liken as we can sympathize and empathize with one another.. but the historisity of your fight can't interfere with the journey God has you own. You can't keep rehashing what happened to you in a way that will take your focus off God. You don't want to keep giving power to dead things, dead people, dead ideas, and dead situations. Yes what happened to you can be  and should be talked about but in a way that shows how God brought you over and through so that God will get the Glory but not in a way that you are wallowing in pity and seeking attention for someone to feel bad for you or so you can not take responsibility for your life for your future for your destiny. Don't allow your hurt to run around in your mind rent free don't allow the hurt keep you hurting. Don't allow the enemy to keep whispering noisome pestilence in your hears. As faith comes by hearing so if we could but just change our perspective of our realities. We ought to know that no one can ever minimize your pain but that you have a choice to continue a cycle of feeding it your attention and power until it renders you utterly  powerless..

oh lift up your heads oh you gates and be ye lifted up you everlasting doors and let the King of Glory come in.

Psalms 24:7 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.

8 Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.

9 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.

10 Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.

What this means is that we focus on God we will see that he has been at the door of our hurt, the door our pain, our situations but we have to allow him to come into our life. God is so big and so grand that we have allow ourselves to open up to him fully so he can show us his power like never before. Allow God to be big in your life instead of your problems.

Now It's ok to seek guidance to get through in fact seeking help is wisdow. We must know that what ever our this is  this too shall pass but another area we have to watch is our forgiveness. Don't keep holding what God has forgiven to be held over the offenders head so that your own offenses can be removed. Forgive that you can be forgiven also!!! Unfortunately unforgiviness can hold up our blessings.. If we rehearse our hurt instead of our healing we can reverse our blessing. How can we stop rehearsing our hurt we can focus also on the blessings of God we can count them one by one which would take up our time and we won't focus so much on our issues.
