Stop relying only on yourself for confidence
If you believe in the notion that ‘confidence comes from within’ and therefore, you can build confidence completely independent of others. Think again. Just because confidence grows from the forces inside of ourselves like self-concept and self-esteem, it doesn’t mean that we can develop confidence in the complete absence of external factors.
