Why do we run, usually because we are scared, scared of the past chasing us, scared of the failure that we had.

But you are being chased by something invisible, something that really isn't there, unless there is something physically chasing you then i would say run faster and probably turn off this podcast.

When it comes certain fears in our lives, well most of the time they aren't really there, we create what ifs for the future or blame and resentment of the past, and these control our lives and stop us from taking changes to go after the life that you want.

Today I want you to stop running from nothing and begin to run towards something and i am going to show you how.
