STOP Running from the truth: Teachers and Race in the Classroom

My hope is that I can pass on the wisdom and experience that I've gained over my 25 years of teaching at the high school level especially to first year teachers who can be thrust into the classroom with very little support and an endless number of questions on how to survive their first year of teaching. My goal is to help you not just survive but thrive during your first year so that you can experience the many blessings I have been lucky enough to enjoy both inside and outside of the classroom.
