Walk to your car.

Brush your teeth.

Open your laptop.

Do it just a little more slowly than usual and notice what you feel when you’re actually present.

Rushing isn’t productivity.

It’s disconnection.

Slowing down — even once — is how you take your life back, one minute at a time.

Today’s Five Star Minute invites you to slow down before the year takes over.

Choose one word — not a goal, not a resolution — a feeling you want more of in your life.

Write it down. Place it somewhere you’ll see it.

Return to it throughout the day and notice what shifts.
