Have you ever noticed how often you actually say “sorry”? I catch myself quite often saying sorry and of course it’s good to apologise if you’re actually sorry, but what if it’s nothing to be sorry about? It’s like an automatic response. Even though I know I shouldn’t apologise for everything, it just comes out of my mouth straight away. So how can I stop saying sorry when I don’t need to?
