As a Samoan we have inherited the beliefs and the values of our grandparents and parents. The problem is that the advice and the lessons that served them well back then do not really work today. They learnt to trade time for money and to work hard but actually nowadays with technology people only want the result and they want it now. They don’t care for it taking a long time. Also there was an emphasis put on hard work but today people just want the result in the easiest way possible. Don’t let the thinking of the past hold you back from making the most of today and getting ahead in this future which is full of opportunities and possibilities
