Not everybody around us have good intentions or are safe with our problems, goals, etc. Looks can be very deceiving and Im speaking from personal issues , we ALL crave a deep connection with people, some things are just better left unsaid. Protecting your energy & shielding yourself from emotional and mental harm is a guide to peace and less drama.
