Imposter syndrome is loosely defined as doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud. It's a term that was developed back in the 1970s to explain the feeling that high-achieving women regularly experience when they don't feel as accomplished as their colleagues.
Many women struggle with this, and it's even something over the years that I've identified with as well.
