• During Covid, some company's personnel problems got amplified.
• You have to show everyone around you that you truly care.
• Without a defined direction, companies and individuals won’t know when goals are achieved.
• Mentors need to listen first to understand how they can help.
• Organizations need to look inward on how to get better.
• It’s so important for women to find their voice and speak up.
• Check with employees on a quarterly basis to see how they are.
• Use exit interviews to learn and give employees the option to come back.
