At one point in my parenting journey I realized that I was yelling at my kids all the time. I wasn’t proud of the parent I had become and I wanted to find a new way to communicate with my kids. My husband and I started to look for solutions. We found one called Positive Parenting, and it changed the way we parent. I also knew that Daina Borteck had used a similar solution called Positive Discipline.

In this episode I talk to Daina about Positive Discipline and how it’s changed her parenting style and allowed her to communicate with her children differently and form a bond with them that will last. I got so much out of this conversation and I know you will too!
