#1 Create Sacred Space (Physically + Mentally)

Meaning needs room to breathe.

Choose a small corner of your life...a room, a chair, a journal, even your morning coffee ritual...and name it as sacred.

This is your daily touchpoint with yourself. No phone. No noise. Just you and your thoughts, your breath, your presence.

You don’t need a vacation to feel grounded. You need intention.

#2 Ask Yourself One Question Daily

Every day, ask:

“What makes me come alive?”

Not what you should do. Not what others expect. Just this:
