An article stated the 12 yr old was at the wrong place wrong time. No that’s not correct. He was at the right place but unfortunately the wrong time. When has taking out the trash turned into a whole ass police department swooping down on a 12 yr old? We don’t look the same or fit the description. If that’s true, use it for ALL not for some.
