I understand wanting to get healthy, see change, lose weight, etc., but eating clean 100% of the time isn't the answer. When I first started my fitness journey I gave up eating out for 12 weeks. No eating out, only meal prepping and eating "whole foods". Did I see results? Absolutely! But, it came at a cost! Have a listen to learn what I mean.
