After happiness, passion is one of the top things Gen Z looks for when deciding on their future career path. We don’t just want to make money from our work, we want to do a job that we love and that has a meaningful impact in the world too.

So just ‘follow your passion’ and ‘do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life’, right? Wrong. Controversial POV, but we think these cliches are the worst!

They put a new kind of pressure on us, because if we can’t find our passion, we feel like failures. At the same time, they don’t offer any practical tips or strategies for actually finding passion in our lives.
