Whether you desire to write a book, start a podcast, learn to play guitar, or start a TikTok solely focused on the curious life of the common desert centipede, Eric Smith is here to help you turn that want into inspired action.
Eric is a colleague, friend, and someone who has taught me a ton in the year I've known him. I'm excited for you to get to learn from him, too. Join us as he shares his unique perspective on creative inspiration, and how shifting your own mindset can help you move forward on whatever thing you've been wanting to do.
After listening to this episode:
Write yourself a permission slip to suck. Seriously. Grab a piece of paper, a writing utensil, and pen-to-page repeat after me:
I [your name] give myself permission to suck.
I give myself permission to try things.
To have fun.
To be curious.
To be free.
To try something simply for the sake of trying it.
I know that the doing is more important than the end result.
And so, I will allow myself to get messy.
Allowing inspiration to arrive in the most delightful ways.
