Irene McKenna is a certified health coach who serves as an empowerment coach for moms to experience more laughter than yelling, more calm than chaos, and more connection than frustration because we get to have an amazing life even in the awesome yet challenging job of raising tiny humans.  Irene specializes in helping families and overwhelmed moms to liberate kids from tantrums and meltdowns, resolve mealtimes struggles and create abundant energy for mom to get everything done and even have time and energy to take care of herself.  She works with clients who want more for themselves and their family but they are held back with the feeling that healthy is hard.
